We guarantee that our curtains will be free from manufacturing defects for as long as you own them. If a product is found to be defective, Kapissh will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item.
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
- Normal fading from sunlight
- Fraying of fabric
- Loss of color intensity
- Damage caused by water, insects, or pets
- Deterioration of operational mechanisms over time
- Damages caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the products.
- Product obsolescence over time.
Warranty Eligibility
- This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Coverage Duration
This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product.
