For Kapissh  Curtains, that story begins in the heart of India, where Kapissh's owner, Manisha Maker grew up watching her mother sew curtains to support their family. One day, Manisha asked her mother, “Mom, how do you keep your customers happy?” Her mother smiled and said, “By offering well-made curtains with quality stitching at affordable prices—because ‘affordable prices’ are what truly make them happy.” Those words stayed with Manisha, shaping her vision for the future.

Manisha’s path led her to the United States and to the world of IT, but the echoes of her mother’s dedication and interest in designing Window Treatments never left her.
