We have a user-friendly 30 days return policy for all of our home décor products. You have 30 days to return any product if you find a malfunctioning or fault within the delivered product. In order to return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, Unused and with tags in the original packaging. You will need the buying slip or receipt for proof of purchase. To process the return, you can contact us at support@kapissh.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Any return query will be entertained at support@kapissh.com.

To Initiate a Refund or Exchange:

1. Please either chat with our live rep or email support@kapissh.com with your order number to request a refund or exchange. 
2. We offer direct exchanges of items and you can certainly return an item for refund, please contact us and let us know what is your preference. We initiate a refund once the item has been received. 
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
4. If your  product arrives damaged or defective, kapissh will cover the cost of return shipping. (Images with damages are required).
5. Cost of return shipping should be between $13-$18, depends upon the weight. Exact cost of return shipping will be provided after your return is approved. 

Once we receive your shipment:

1. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, after we receive the merchandise back.
2. The method of refund is the same as the payment method you have chosen.
3. If you paid for the order with a debit/credit card at the online store, the refund would be made to the bank or card the payment was made within 14 business days.
4. If you paid via PayPal, the refund might take 5-7 business days to complete.
5. Amid the refund, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges of the returned product.
6. If a product of inadequate quality is found, the buyer has the right to replace, return, or demand a complete refund within 30 days.
7. If you have purchased the product from our Amazon, Etsy, Overstock, or Wayfair store, then you have to first look into the return policies of these stores before buying anything. No Exceptions.

No Refund / Return Condition:

1. At the time of return or exchange; The product must not have any traces of exploitation; it's packaging, presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, as well, as all documents received from the seller (receipts, warranty card, operating instructions) must be preserved:
2. Refunds or Returns can't be considered if you modify or alter the product.
3. The product was stolen or damaged due to wear and tear.
4. An email formally asking for a return won't be considered. This requires proper proof of the purchase of the product with us.
5. The transaction details, proof of purchase, product name, date of purchase, and other necessary details are required to process the refund/return.
6. Without communicating to our Support at support@kapissh.com, the Return requests can't be fulfilled. 
7. Low-value products are returned in exchange for a higher-value product.

Express Shipping: $19.99 (2-5 Business Days)

PROCESSING TIMES:
The processing time for all orders is 2 to 3 working days maximum (excluding the weekend).

• If we're dealing with excessive requests, we may be delayed.
• If there is an extended delay in the delivery, we'll inform you via email or phone.
• We're using the traditional delivery methods used within the USA. Like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• The charges for shipping depending on your location as well as the weight of the product. From our end, we strive to minimize the costs to the maximum extent possible.

Delivery times and Shipping Charges (if applicable) will be provided at the time of order.

Domestic Standard Delivery: The delivery time could be as short as 5-8 business days or occasionally; it can extend for two weeks, depending on the availability of the item.

Domestic Express Delivery: The delivery time could be as short as 2-5 business days or occasionally; it can extend for two weeks, depending on the availability of the item.

Our delivery time is contingent upon the availability of the product. The delivery time could be extended in the event that stock is not readily available when you place the order of placing order. The tracking numbers will be issued for each package.

If a part of your order is out of stock, the item will be delivered within the specified timeframe. While the delay in receiving an item does not delay your order from being processed and delivered, we will notify you in the event of any problems with your order.
